Full hair extension applications, and stylist classes are at times scheduled to take place during hours of non operation.

Walk in appointments are not available.
There is no additional person to answer the salon phone.
Teresa provides each client in her chair with her undivided attention.
It will be just you, her and the salon mascot Rogue.
(Rogue is a labrador/doberman mix canine.)
So if you call and no body picks up, please leave a message.
Teresa will call you back by 6:30 pm that night.
Due to high demand, you will find that same day appointments are not typically available with Teresa. (There are no other stylists here either... remember this is an elite micro hair salon.)
Weekday appointments are usually scheduled 2-3 weeks in advance.
Saturday appointments typically are booked 6 weeks in advance.
Please feel welcome to call and request to be added to the appointment wait-list. Should a time slot become available sooner than later, you will be given priority for the newly opened appointment.
Please allow up to 24 hours for a response if you sent your email Tues - Fri.
Emails that are sent Sat. - Mon. are responded to on the following Tues.
New Appointments | Rescheduling | Cancellations | Deposits
New Client Service Deposit
All new haircut and/or haircolor services estimated over $50 must be reserved with a prepaid service deposit.
The deposit is $65.
The prepaid deposit will be credited towards the final service total on the day the appointment is reserved for.
Accepted forms of payment are VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, CASH. NO CHECKS.
This is a non refundable deposit.
Need to Reschedule?
All appointments need to be rescheduled with a minimum of 2 days notice by 5pm by either phone or email.
Deposits carry over to the new appointment date provided client properly reschedules, otherwise client will forfeit their deposit, requiring a new full service deposit.
Due to the days the salon is closed, Tuesday & Wednesday appointments need to call and reschedule their appointments by 2pm Saturday.
Cancellation Fees
Clients who have missed their appointment, without properly notifing the salon, will be required to have all future services be prepaid at the time of scheduling.
Appointment Confirmation Calls
As a courtesy these calls are done on Tuesdays for the entire week. If for any reason you did not receive a phone call to remind you of your appointment, it is still your responsibility to rememberyour set appointment date and time, and to attend or reschedule within the proper time frame.
About the Final Service Total
The new client service deposit is not a guaranteed final service total. Depending on what your hair requests for your appointment, the final total may be more than the deposit. At the end of the appointment you will need to pay the remaining amount due.
These policies are in effect so that loyal clients can be rewarded with the best salon experience.
When a client misses an appointment without properly notifing the salon, that time is lost.
There are clients who are on an appointment wait-list, wonderful people who would love any last minute appointment.
